False adverti*****t

Hi,<br> <br> I recently ported to Telkom mobile and today I received a sms that said if I recharge my Telkom more I'd get 10% of all my recharge since I've joined Telkom. I recharged with R100 but didn't get the 10% they promised but only got the normal double airtime value of the price plan. I then call Telkom and the agent told me they never sent the text and that it was a ****. I then requested to speak to a manager and the lady confirmed that they indeed sent the text but it was an error and there's no 10% promotion on my price plan.<br> <br> This then meant that I was deceived into buying more airtime for nothing, the only thing I got was my apology and I would've liked a refund for my money.
