False Advertinsing Of Goods

I ordered a laptop from Telkom Mobile early this month to take on contract, I had the expectation that the specifications that they advertised for my specific model of laptop were not what I received. the specifications that they advertised were that the laptop would have 4 Gb of ram and a 500 Gb hard drive, but instead of the 4 Gb ram that I was supposed to receive I only received 2 Gb of ram, and when I went back to the store to complain about the laptop all that the consultant told me was that my model laptop was the one that they received from their head office. Telkom Mobile Illanga is not the best of places to take out a contract because of the customer service that they give and also the attitude of some of the staff.
