False advert
Upgraded my 24month 2meg adsl line to 24month 4meg fiber line as per your advert on the my telkom website, suppose to get a LIT box with this upgrade as per advert, now you are telling me I will not get it.

04 Mar 2018, 20:29Telkom has honstly gone wrong in their service delivery at some point, I have been sitting with out my ADSL contract service for close to a month now (from 13 feb ref96CTK180218) so I saw the promo online whilst trying to get hold of someone to sort my problem out, the advert clearly states upgrade your current 2mb contract to a 4mb contract amd get the Lit box, but one again Telkom has found a way of riding me over, as soon as I can get hold of the correct agent to assist me correct in cancelling all my services with Telkom, this is one "service provider" that will never see me again! I am also pretty sure that I will receive no joy or response from this complaint.
