False accusations and poor management

Telkom keeps handing me over to debt collectors for an account I'VE NEVER HAD!!!! I have it in black and white where they apologised for their error and proof they have reversed everything and cleared my name, and yet they KEEP handing me over to various deb collectors! Bunch of ******!!!
