False Accusation and No Customer Service

Telkom came to deliver and install my Wi Fi Modem Friday afternoon, the guy plugged it in and wanted to leave. I asked him to install it and he said you need a user name and password, so I said I don't have that yet but let me phone telkom so he said he is leaving and I said no because you have not done your Job yet. Then he phoned the police telling them I am holding him hostage. I then eventually asked him what to press to speak to an operator and he refused to help me, he pushed me out of the way as I opened the gate because I could see I am not going to succeed, he left, I was still holding on for telkom,then the police arrived at my house. We explained to them what happened.I felt unsafe with the police there as they invaded my privacy for no reason. Saturday morning I went to telkom greenstone to get a password, the lady Lebogang was so rude. She said she sms's the password to me.I got home and I had no password, I drove back there. She did not want to help me so I asked for her name, she stood up and left the shop and told me she does not have time for this. I will be laying a case against the installer for harassment and I will request camera footage shop to take it further
