Fals promises

I was contacted by a sale person with a offer of a 10 mbps line and a explorer and a wifi adapter and what not.she checked if my erea can seport a 10 mbps line and she told my my order was placed,i even recieved a sms and a reference number cliaming my order is done.after 2 weeks i phoned telkom back after hearing nothing from them and the a rude male person told my my order was cancelled because my erea does not seport the 10 mbps line,he cant help me.<br>
