Falls advertising on cellphone contract

On the 26 September I app**** for cellphone contract ( IPhone 6 Plus ) at Telkom Woodlands. The following day I was informed that my contract was approved and they will ask their Manager to bring the device as their store was closed because they were revamping the store. After two days I went back to check and they told me that the phone was ****** so they will check with other stores and they will call me. After few days without receiving any call from them I went back to the store and they said there's no stock at all from other branches but. The Manager (Aggy) told me that she send an email to request stock and they promised to send it with a courier (it was on Wednesday). On Saterday I went back to the store and they said they still waiting for stock but they promised to call me and update me with the progress. Till today I haven't receive any call from them. Today I went to the store and the Manager showed me IPhone 6s Plus and 6s. There is no apology for not having stock for the unit that was advertised as per CPA POLICY, no substitute for the unit, I am totally not happy with the service I got from the store. Can Telkom get solution on this matter or I will take this matter.
