Falls advert on cellphone contract

On the 26 September I app**** for cellphone contract (IPhone 6plus)at Telkom Woodlands.The following day I was informed that my contract was approved & they will ask their Manager to bring the unit as their store was closed because they were revamping the store.After 2 days I went back to check and I was told that the phone was ****** so they will check with other stores & they will call me.After few days without receiving any call from them I went back to the store they said there's no stock at all from other branches & the Manager told me that she send an email to request stock & they promised to send it with a courier ( it was on Wednesday).On Saturday I went back to the store & they said they still waiting for stock but they again promised to call me and update me with the progress.Till today I haven't received any call from them. Today I went to the store and the Managers showed me IPhone 6s & 6s plus with a different package.There is no apology for not having stock for the unit that was advertised as per CPA POLICY,no substitute for the unit.I am totally not happy with the service that I got from Telkom store.Can Telkom get a solution for this matter or I will take it further
