falling telkom pole,no ADSL(internet) no telephone

To whom it may concern.<br> I have logged this fault two weeks ago and to date no repair has been done to this very serious accident waiting to happen. My reference no is 812crk130715 and my telephone no is ***. The pole is busy falling there are kids that can get hurt as well as vehicle damage.
