Falling Telephone Line

To whom it may concern,

I have experienced such bad services from you guy's it's not even funny last year we had a terrible rain around Sept/Oct.

Where a tree fell and it hit your telephone line which fell and broke our fence. The issue here it's not about the fence but this is about telephone pole that is still not fixed till today

I have called your call centre numerous times with no help or answer at it is forever busy line.

The only time I have went as far going on live chat with one of the agents in december who I have requested to send out a technician to come and replace that broken pole we have hanging on our fence.

We would like to have this sorted out as soon as possible if this isn't your problem I would prefer if you guys recommend the correct department to look into it

The pole we are talking about is situated by 100 Coedmore Road Bellair Durban 4094

Please sort this out within this week I am not very happy with the service .
