**** "Telkom" directory ****

I know that the emails with "invoices" sent by ********** ********** ********** are ****s - but is there no way of stopping them???? It's being going on for 8 months now and they also phone me every two weeks or so. I've told them on the phone that they're ****** (they just laugh and hang up - but keep on phoning and emailing) and obvs I don't reply to the emails. People who have fallen for this ****, thinking the invoice is for the genuine Telkom phone book, are locked into two-year contracts for a directory that doesn't exist so whoever this ******* is must be making a lot of money. I've looked for organisations to report them to but they all seem to be Mickey Mouse set-ups with no actual power. It's been reported on by various media for years - but it still persists.
