During the December holidays, I went to gateway in Umhlanga. There was a pop up stand set up with telkom advertised all over it selling unlimited wifi for 599 pm. After an hour of signing all the forms and producing all fica documents, I was told that it would take roughly 5 working days to receive the wifi unlimited router. However roughly 4 weeks later, I am still being told that my order is in process. I have made numerous complaints to telkom and mervyn but still nothing has been done. I was contacted by a lady from telkom who said that the telkom representatives there were not authorized to sell this deal. I can't even believe the lack of professionalism here. Extremely disappointed.
