**** telkom contract

I would like to raise a complain on Telkom. Last month, I called them because of the money they were deducting on my account. The lady said, when she checks up on my telkom account, I have contract with them. I asked how could I have an account with them, because I am currently unemployed?she couldn't respond to my question They deduct R553 on a monthly basis. I asked her, if they could please, rdturn my money, because I know not of the contract. The lady said, no. All they could do was to close my account with immediate effect . Later during the day I received a message stating that my account has been closed. Right now, I have received a notification from Telkom, they deducted another R553. That simply they deduct last month, and this month.
