Telkom agent **** to get a sale. My partner signed up for a contract online for the iPhone 13 pro, only to be **** to by the agent assisting afterwards. The agent said clearly that they have stock and she even went as far as saying that they only have device in gold and a single sim option in 128 gig. This may not mean much to anybody but this is a company you committing to for 24 to 36 months. From personal experience Telkom is not the best company to take out any contract with. This is sad living in a country filled with *******ion from people off the street to corporates. Really sad and disappointed to call in several days later and find out that they added her to a waiting list. FYI my partner depends on her phone for work reasons. The police of SA couldn’t assist her after being ****** now you guys want to be ********* too.
