**** revenues at telkom

So telkom is increasing their revenue by billing **** invoices to us...i made an order for an adsl in my house but no technician came through nd cancelled my order as cables were ****** in our area..i was suprised that telkom kept billing for data that was never installed nd used. I hv been complaing each month but no one wants to help..now they want to take me to credit collection...what is dis.
