**** INSTALLATION

we using Telkom at our work place and we ordered a new fixed line, we have been waiting for this line for four weeks. Today they sent their people the name of the company they are contracting is OPENSERVE.... This guy came in and he asked the Sister to move from the desk and she did and he checked the wiring and he went out and came in and went out without saying a word. i called Telkom to inquire about our phone that was not installed, and the lady named BONGEKA told me that the ref has been closed that means everything is done, which is a lie. So i told Bongeka nothing has been done and by the look of things they were gonna deduct their payment for a phone that is not even installed and my Boss would be in higher debts for something that is not even been used in his Practice. I see this as a ***** for them to close a ref as if they have done their job and TELKOM would deduct as if we are using their services.... this is very disrespectful and very *********, very distasteful for such a huge company. My question is " how many other businesses they are doing this to? " how many people are being ****** by Telkom ? you need to fix this problem ASAP.
