I have a problem with Telkom data . I have a contract which I took A laptop, with a router which I I'm supposed to receive 10GB data on 1st of each month , 5gb daily and 5gb night. But the data only last for 1 day. Mind you I only use my router when I come back from work, and make sure that I switch it off before I leave, I tried calling customer service but I don't get any help.
