**** contract

<p>i went to telkom midlands mall on saterday 8/10/2016 and singed up for a p8 lite for 139pm. everything was approved and i was awaiting my phones. i signed up for two p8 lites. i went to the store on monday as i was promised my phone will be delivered on monday but i was notified that stock had not arrived. on thuesday morning i get a call to say that the phones are no longer available and that i have to sign up for a p9 lite for 200 amonth</p> <p> </p> <p>this is unacceptable and as i have signed up for a p8 lite for 139 a month i expect to get this phone. the contract should not have been approved and i should not have been promised this phone if it was not available \\i expect to hear from the head office as i have tried to contact them but have had no joy hence my report on hello peter</p>
