I just have to complement this guy Freedom Chiliza!!!!!<br> <br> He has done his job PROPER every time I have dealt with him.<br> <br> All I wanted was to apply for the LTE with Telkom. It took forever this was down and that was not working he escalated it before I could even think about it. <br> <br> I just wish his superiors where as efficient as he is because I had to initiate everything with them before getting a response. He is like the only oiled part in this machine of Telkom. No matter who I spoke to it was like dead space and I'm only speaking to you because I have to attitude and I will not even make a effort to assist you in any way. <br> <br> Then Finally daaaayzzz later everything is sorted we can proceed and some lady calls me and asks me some questions and says \OK I'll call you tomorrow because I'm knocking off soon\".<br> <br> The following day (Wednesday). someone else calls and we continue the application and I get told that she will inform me if it is approved and provide me with the tracking number. <br> <br> So its Friday and no still no feedback and I decide to drop and Freedom a email and my Oh My this guys replies with the information I was waiting for.<br> <br> This guy has special powers. Telkom take note"
