Failure to restore service on *** despite reporting several times

Ever since Telkom started sub-contracting its repair/maintenance of telephone landlines in our area (Winston Park, KZN), the service has sharply declined. I have been waiting for more than 2 months for my landline (031) ********** to be restored. This is simply DISGRACEFUL
