Failure to respond on the case and arrange payment

Contract was written of late April while I arrange made an arrangement to pay R1500 early April. In terms of the contract accounts can be written off if it is not paid for 6 months and 8ta failed to comply with the contract as the account was not paid for 4 months. They told me that someone will call me to make payment arrangement and my number will be active and the phones will be unblocked. no one called me from 8ta, I've been calling Telkom every week regarding payment arrangement and unblocking of sim cards and phones. I made a payment of R1000 today as while waiting for their call. I want my numbers to be active and the phones to be unblocked. also make payment arrangement to continue with the contract. I don't understand what type of a company 8ta, it is not willing to help someone who want to pay their debts.
