Failure to repair faulty internet line

Then on Wednesday 5 March 2015 the internet line finally stopped working and my personnel had the unenviable task of phoning Telkom. They always dreaded these phone calls because you wait for a very long time before you can get hold of a call centre operator and then usually their assistance is of little value and you have to phone again and again. So when we called on Wednesday 5 March, the call centre operator instructed our Administrative lady to re-set the router. This caused our whole internal network to break down and we had to call Telkom again. So at that time we could not invoice, place orders, communicate with customers, suppliers, etc. In short we were at work, but could do nothing. We waited for Telkom. On Friday 6 March we phoned the Telkom call centre and explained the situation and also told them that our business closes at 14:30. They then said that a technician will be there before that time. We kept the business open and waited until 16:00 but nobody came. I then called the call centre again and they explained to me that the technician had too much work, but would come on Saturday. So on Saturday morning 7 March, we opened the business again and waited.
