Failure to provide feedback and poor network connectivity

App**** for a cellphone contract but they failed to provide feedback for over a week while I waited with no word from the service provider.

I had to callback after a week had lapsed only to be told that some information I provided was insufficient. Very rude and very unhelpful staff.

App**** through another service provider and my contract was quickly approved and received my iPhone.

I still have another data sim with Telkom, thinking of cancelling it because of their poor service and poor network.
