Failure to process refunds
On 29/04/2017 I submitted a request for the cancellation of my contract held with Telkom. I received feedback in May stating my last debit order for the account will be processed in June. To my amazement debit order continued to be decucted. Multiple calls have been made to Telkom to en enquire and I was advised that a refund of R900+ will be refunded to me. To date, no refund has been processed. I’ve been making weekly follow ups to no joy. The surprising thing is that my case has been closed by Telkom, yet my refund is still pending. I feel that I should be compensated over and above my refund amount as I spend a lot of airtime staying on the line holding for negative feedback to be given to me every single time. MY MONEY IS DUE TO ME. Had the roles been reversed I’m sure I would have been handed over to attorneys already. I don’t even think this business deserves 1 star as a rating
