failure to disclose
i received my contract the following day on the 19th of ovember , thanks to the media team. but now I'm more upset to find out that i took a contract for R199.00 a month that i believe it includes SMS . i was told today by Nonhle in the call Centre department that my first month does not include SMS (cannot send out sms)because i need to buy \sms bundles"what is the point of getting a contract phone that doesn't allow me to send SMS? now im stuck because i cannot send any SMS but i can receive "
