Failure to deliver online order & cancel online order

Placed an order for a phone. iPhone 14 on the 09 March 2023. They did the debi check and gave us a reference number with a promise to deliver within 7-14 days. It’s almost a month now. I’ve called over 15 times. No communication. Each consultant tells me a different story. I opted to cancel the order 3 times. Each time I call they haven’t cancelled. Every consultant tells me a different story. No sms or call or email from telkom with any feedback since the first call on the 9th of March. Complete loss of trust!! Poor poor service
