Failure to deliever all products as per contract

I took a wifi router on contract from Telkom that comes with a wifi extender, I was told there is no stock for extenders and I will be contacted when stock is received. Its now a month into the contract and I havent received any communication. The Telkom facebook platform does not help me in any way. Since 29 August till today they are saying someone will contact me. I app**** for the contract at Mall of Africa. I believe it is fair for them to deliever products on time or even contact the client for updates. I called Telkom today and I was informed that the Wifi routers available are for sale only, there are not the ones that go along with that deal I took.,
