Failure to contact and inform of stock

I had signed up a new cellphone contract on the 06/12/2015 and was informed that they did not have the phone in stock and once ordered it will be delivered on the 11/12/2015 and I will be contacted to pick up the phone. I have waited almost 2 weeks and nobody had provided me any information about the stock of the item and when I have tried to contact the branch there is always an engaged tone.
