Failure to comply to promise

Telkom staff member by the name of Busi rep**** shortly after my complaint was lodge apologizing for the inconvenience caused and rest assured of the necessary action to be taken. This happened on 16 Oct 2015 with confirmation no: SM157252 from Telkom. In the meantime no word from Telkom while they still continue to debit my account various times per month with up to R14000 for zero services. Zanele Khulu from Nudebt handling apparently Telkom accounts phoned me today requested an urgent payment of R699.11 totally unaware of the cancelled contract. This is beyond comprehension that a company such as Telkom handles urgent matters in such a way leaving no other option to seek legal council.
