Failure To Close Telkom Account

<p> I would like to close my account for my wireless moderm.</p> <p>I visited the Telkom stores at Wonderpark Mall.</p> <p><br />I asked the gentleman to check how much I would have to pay if I closed my account.</p> <p>He told me that if he checks, he would have to close the account.</p> <p>I insisted that he closes it. He did not let me know how much I owe.</p> <p>Expecting that Telkom would debit their money, and close my account at the end of the month of June 2016, to my suprise that did not happen.</p> <p>Please assist me. I have a moderm that does not fully function. Most of the time, it's not connecting. I would like to close this account.</p>
