Failure to cancel contracts

Poor service ever experienced at telkom east rand mall store.i requested to cancel my contract as it has ended I was referred to the store got a cancelation case number in April even today the contract is still not canceled instead I'm going to pay penalty charges for reversing an authorized debit order .So disappointing that the consultant at East rand mall failed to acknowledge the mistake or inconvenience caused by the colleague at another store.
