Failure to cancel contract

<p>I have sent my contract cancellation form twice already and have also tried to contact them (Telkom mobile) via telephone and got no help at all.</p> <p>Want to cancel the contract as they are debiting an amount of money that I never agreed to and now they dont want to cancel my contract even thou I have sent my cancellation form twice. Nor a responce from them.....NOTHING!!!</p> <p>Very poor service by Telkom mobile and will never recommend them to anyone ever. 0/100</p>
