Failure to cancel Contract .

<p>The service here is horrible . I wanted to cancel my contract and was advised to go to thier store . Which i did . I gave them a written notice to cancel the contract and a case was log ********** 2 . I called thier call center to follow up but they cant put me through to their cancellation/Retension department . None of them know their numbers . Its been months now since March 2016 . </p>
