Failure to act on Contract Cancellation requests

I had a 2 years data contract with 8TA aka Telkom which came to an end in June this year. I sent through a contract cancellation request form which I was advised to do so by a call centre agent. I downloaded the form, completed and emailed to two Telkom email addresses which I was Told to send to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] I also faxed the form through to ***. I then called the call centre at least 5 or 6 times to confirm that request had been received and that no further funds would be debited from my account.

As I fully expected, my instructions weren't adhered to and Telkom have ****** my R399 for the last two months. I went as far as cancelling the debit order with my bank two weeks ago, but have just sent another debit go off my account. I am fed up and no longer no what to do to get my money back or make sure my account is no longer debited.

I did everything in my power to make sure I adhered to the terms of the contract I entered into. Please can someone tell me what more I need to do to stop this daily light *******. The sad thing is this is probably happening to thousands of consumers who are non the wiser.
