Failure of Telkom to reconnect of ADSL Line

On the 15th July 2019 I logged a request on Telkom online portal for my ADSL to be moved from my old address to my new address. The disconnection date I requested was the 26th July 2019 at the old address and the reconnection date at the new address was the 29th July 2019. The confirmation reference number was my landline number ***. The confirmation advised that I would be contacted in 48 hours. On the 25th July 2019 I called Telkom Sales department as I didn't get a call yet from Telkom. The agent I spoke to advised that my call I logged online did not go through as it was not on their system. He logged a new call to disconnect my line at 75 Adam Tas Avenue Bothasig 7441 on the 26th July 2019 and reconnect at 6 Amanda Hof, 167 Cook Street, Vasco Estate Goodwood 7460. He provided me with reference number TST286966. On Monday the 29th July 2019, a technician did not arrive and I called the Sales department again and I was advised the system was off so my query could not be followed up on. I requested to speak to a team leader or manager and I was advised I cannot. Chad the agent then sent an email requesting that a manager call me and he told me I would receive a call within 48 hours. I waited 48 hours and I received no phone call. I called the Sales department again and spoke to Ryan and requested to speak to a team leader as he also wanted to send an email requesting a team leader or manager to call me. After I requested numerous times to speak to a team leader he put me through to the 10210 line which I then had to select the technical department. An agent answered and I requested to speak to a team leader and I spoke to Lauren. Lauren also sent an email and advised that I needed to be called asap and I waited 48 hours again to receive no phone call. On Friday the 2nd August I called the Sales department again and requested to speak to a team leader and the agent got the team leader to speak to me and the team leader got the back office to call me. The back office called me and advised that it's taking time as they cannot give me my old number due to the area I'm living in now. I told them that was fine as I only need my line as an ADSL line and not a landline. They then wanted to offer me a 24 month contract as they could not pick my address on their system and a new number will be issued. I told them that I don't want a new 24 month contract. I asked them what address they have on their system where the line must be reconnected and the address confirmed was incorrect. This means that the agent who gave me the reference number did not listen carefully. The back office lady then took my new address down and confirmed she can varyfy it and that she can find a 4 meg signal at my address. She confirmed that if a technician does not reconnect my line on Saturday the 3rd August then they will reconnect first thing Monday morning the 5th August 2019. No technician has called me to reconnect my line and I called the Sales department and spoke to William. William advised me that his system is down. He refused that I speak to a team leader as I only needed the team leader to call the back office to call me. His arrogance was not appreciated. He advised that he would have to log a call for a team leader to call me. I advised him that all the other agents advised me the same thing and till now have not received a call. I want to know what I can do as I'm paying for a service I don't have for a while week. I really want to cancel my account with Telkom but I can't as they advise I need to pay R605 for the next remaining 5 months plus a R350 cancellation fee as I have a 24 month contract which end December 2019. All I want now then is my WiFi connection as I'm spending a fortune of data which Telkom won't even think of reimbursing me. I need Help asap. Please help as nobody is helping me. My ID number is *** and my cell phone number is ***. My email address is ***.
