Failure of Installation Promises

I ordered an Uncapped LTE router package a few weeks ago. The order was done over the phone, but Telkom never phoned me back to confirm that the application was successful and their delivery personnel just pitched up at my house without any prior notice!<br> <br> That is when all of my problems started! I have been on the phone with Telkom since last Wednesday and have not been able to get any help from anyone! If I don't have to hold for a consultant for 40, I get a consultant that does not even know that Telkom offers the service and if that is not the case the phone simply gets put down in my ear by the consultant!<br> <br> My only aim is to get the antenna (that Telkom actually supp**** me with and must install) installed but this seems impossible.<br> <br> Multiple emails have been sent to team leaders (including Granny Malinga and Peter Ramdeen) by consultants whom I've spoken with but these just keep getting ignored and every department transfers me to the next and it seems that this antenna will never be installed.<br> <br> This is the worst service I have ever received and would not recommend it to anyone!<br> <br>
