Failkom

Telkom is the worse company in South Africa, their customer and service is at the bottom of any garbage bin. I'l **** myself if I sign another or refer any 1 I know to this company. I pay more for the internet service now then when I was using Mweb. Their lte migration is a lie, weekends I'm blessed to reach 2mbs speed although I should be on a 20mbs. They quick to remind a person of debt orders or payment schedules and the call centre agents contradict each other every time I call to complain about services rended and forget about any reference number. Now it's a struggling to cancel this bs contract I'm on with telkom.
