FAILING TO PORT NUMBER

Telkom is failing to port my number to another network. I have been waiting for over a week for this port to happen. No one in store can even assist me with this query. Telkom is really pathetic. No one can help you. All you get is reference numbers but no action. DO BETTER TELKOM
