Failing to load data on sim contract

I’m so disappointed with the services I’m getting recently from Telkom I have a sim-contract but they don’t load my data it’s not even the first time when you try to get hold of them so that they can assist they just refer you to the WhatsApp portal which is not assisting me with my problem, they fail to load data but they don’t make a mistake when it comes to debiting their money from my card it’s sad for me to struggle with data but I pay every month .
