Failing to do as promised

I phoned on the 19.01.2018 and spoke to Nokophile. Half way through she said that her system was stuck and she was going to phone me back later that day. Received no call back from her. Yesterday 22.01.2018 I received an SMS saying that the order has been placed? I am sorry I do not understand how an order can be placed without me agreeing to any terms and conditions or setting up a payment method. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible as I have been on the phone with the call center for 2+ hours with no success. My number is ********** 148.
