Failing to cancel requested services

<p>We requested adsl lines and data services to be cancelled and taken off our monthly bill. Sent the email to cancellations as requested by the brance as they do not deal with it. Today still no luck with sending emails and queries to sort this out. </p> <p> </p> <p>Very dissapointing as you are very quick to add charges but not so quick to take off when requested.</p>
