failed to assist with technician

Good day Hello Pieter<br> <br> My name is Melissa, I am from a company TFE SA, we had a problem with Telkom adsl for more than a week and they still have not yet send someone to assist us on the matter. Ever time we phone Telkom they have something different to say they have told us on Friday that a technician will be by our office on Friday but no one came. This morning we phoned they said there will be someone coming today but still nothing when I phoned them at 12 today they said that our fault has not been handed offer to a technician but on Friday they have said one will come out, we are currently getting behind on work due to this problem we cant wait any longer, we need them to come out today still. Our ref with Telkom is 544CRK29/06/15. Please assist us with this matter.
