Failed numerous times to fixed faulty line

<p>I reported a faulty line on the 5th of April 2017. Up untill now the line was not fixed. Ref number from telkom ********** 75. After 3 follow up's the line is still not fixed. On the last follow up I was told the technician are busy fixing it as we speak. Which was obviously not true. I haven't recieved such poor service from a company like Telkom.</p>
