Failed installation for 4 months now!!

Telkom is seriously wasting my time and energy - I've trying to get them to complete the installation of my 4 mbps line for 4 months now , After daily 30 mins calls to their orders department they eventually manged to schedule a date (13/11/2018) to complete the installation, but no technician came out!!!! When I called the orders department they could not tell me what time the technician will come out or even ask the guy to call me to let me know if they are still coming today , I wasted a paid leave day waiting for these people to come out to do their work I find this to be very unprofessional !!!
