Failed Accounts allocation and unauthorised debit order amounts

On the 25th of April 2016 Telkom debited my account for R3198.00 which was the current outstanding amount. On the same day and shortly after Telkom debited another amount of R2000.00 from my account. When I contacted the call centre I was told that the debited amounts take 14 days to reflect on their system and that I should not be concerned I can either reverse the amount or it will be allocated as credit. I left it as is thinking the accounts will credit this and I would not have to worry about the next months payment. Up to now this amount has not been allocated to my account, When I contacted the call centre yesterday, I was told there is nothing that can be done if it does not reflect on their system and that I should send a proof of payment?? on the debit order?? Anyways eventually I convinced the operator that I can only send a statement of my account for the period, eventually he agreed and I confirmed the email and sent it off requesting three times that the operator please reply to my email so I have proof he recived the statement, I also explained if I do not receive a reply yesterday close of day I would logged a complaint on hellopeter.com. I was also told that we need to wait for 72 hours for a response. In the meantime my business internet has been suspended which we and any other business rely on to conduct our day to day comminucartions. I know have had to resorted to prepaid internet which is costing me a fortune. I would appreciate it if someone from Telkom who knows what the hell they are doing to please resolve this issue immediately as I am now considering cancelling my service and seeking service elsewhere.
