Fail to respond to my complaint.

I had a contract with Telkom and I canceled it last year. The debit order is still going off my account. I went to Telkom newcastle mall and they told me to send an email, of which I did. No response from Telkom and still they taking my money, they're messing up my account. I need this debit order stopped and my money reversed to my account. I even logged a complaint but no one get back to me.
