fail to deliver as promised

Did a cell phone contract with zolani on the 19/10/2015 I was told once my account has been debited contract is approved delivery of handset will be between 5 to 7 working days my account was debited on the 21/10/2015 it is almost one month still no delivery of handset and can never get answer when I will get my delivery supervisor make promise to call but never calls to the beautiful people of south Africa don't support telkom mobile their service suck and bunch of ****** and ***** working at telkom call centre10213
