fail to cancel landline ***

We tried to cancel our telkom landline twice now but its still going on and we have to pay rental.The last time was on 4 November and we asked Johanthan Mokuchwane at Daimond Pavilion in Kimberley to help us to fill in the forms for the cancellation of ********** 658. The account number: ********** 00001. We did this same procedure last year but the phone is still not cancelled.We are not able to phone now but we can still receive calls.Please help us to cancel it totally.Contact Riaan Bode at his email: **********
