F-ING USELESS!

I've been to Telkommobile in Mall@Reds. The lady confirmed that I could upgrade but I need to come back another day because they are updating their and she can't do anything. I rep**** that I either will upgrade today or cancel and move to Cell C. She then casually spoke to her manager in one of our languages WHICH I didn't understand. After these two finished their conversation, she handed me a cancellation without saying a word! I would fire a person like this on the spot!!!! I then vented myself to Social Media to complain there. A lot of people liked my stuff and also started commenting. Even when I submitted a call back on you website, NOTHING HAPPEN! Guys, Cell C launched their LTE network, you better keep your clients otherwise Telkommobile will sink faster than the Titanic.
