A ********** sale was done with my details by Mondo and Telkom and I lodged a complaint with both service providers and a very Rude consultant by the name of Cecelia Khumalo gave me this ref no15999 from Mondo and Telkom gave me ********** 7. Telkom ref was received from ********** . as per cecilia these were online applications and Ashanta Asa is the person who processed the sale. I told them I resides in Cape Town Brackenfell and I never visited Joberg so there is no way that I could apply and ask them to deliver I n Johannesburg . I did an affidavit attached ID copy and proof after address as per Telkom explaining the whole thing and no one came back to me. RUDE CECELIA PHONED ME TODAY AND ADVISE ME THAT THE INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETE THEY WILL CONTINUE DEDUCTING MONEY FOR THREE CELL PHONES THAT I NEVER TOOK BECAUSE THEY COULD LISTEN TO THE CALL AND THEY CONCLUDED IT WAS ME I NEED TO GO TO THE NEAREST TELKOM STORE AND LISTEN. I ASKED HER WHAT DEFERENCE IS IT GOING TO MAKE I NEVER TOOK THOSE CONTRACTS AND I ASKED HER IF SHE TOOK TIME AND LISTEN TO THOSE CALLS SHE SAID NO BUT SHE CAN'T REFER ME TO CHANTEL GOVINDEN WHO IS APPARENTLY HER SENIOR AND SHE DOES EVERYTHING IS HER ABSENCE FROM BEING A CALL CENTER AGENT TO BEING A HEAD AND AN J VESTIGATOR SHE KEPT ONTELLING ME THAT ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE RELEVANT WHEN I WAS TRYING TO GET MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CALL. THIS IS GOING TO AFFECT MG CREDIT SCORE I EXPLAINED SHE DIDN'T CARE ALL SHE TOLD ME WE WILL CONTINUE DEDUCT I ASKED HER WHAT US THE Way FORWARD SHE REFERED ME TO THE POLICE STATION TO DO THE SAME THING I DID WITH TELKOM MEANING THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE .
